From raw materials to products and shipments, we manage our one-stop system to ensure that foods are produced and delivered to consumers with the utmost safety. We have our own laboratory equipped with the capabilities to conduct microbiological tests. We also ensure product safety by conducting accurate tests through external accredited institutions.
HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) refers to a scientific hygiene management system that identifies potential hazards at each stage from sourcing of raw materials to manufacturing, processing, preservation, distribution, and cooking before consumption by the final consumers, determines critical control points for focused management, and secures food safety through autonomous, systematic, and efficient management. It is recognized worldwide as the most effective and efficient food safety management system, and the United States, Japan, the European Union, and international organizations (Codex, WHO, FAO) are actively recommending the application of HACCP to the safety management of all foods.
