Our food manufacturing plants operate based on efficient and hygienic production systems to produce good products based on safe facilities and excellent quality. We established Gamcheon Factory additionally to expand our product line for more diverse and safer products in order to meet consumers’ needs and to provide a wider range of products.

R&D

JAEHO Co., Ltd. runs a R&D center with experts to develop our own various marine products (stir-fried, fried, grilled, boiled foods, HMR,, etc) and introduce new products in Korea.

Quality Control

From raw materials to products and shipments, we manage our one-stop system to ensure that foods are produced and delivered to consumers with the utmost safety. We have our own laboratory equipped with the capabilities to conduct microbiological tests. We also ensure product safety by conducting accurate tests through external accredited institutions.

We are striving to provide safe foods to consumers by securing food safety through our preemptive food safety management system that analyzes risk factors and manages critical management points based on the findings through HACCP, the food safety management certification standard, to prevent food hazards.

HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) refers to a scientific hygiene management system that identifies potential hazards at each stage from sourcing of raw materials to manufacturing, processing, preservation, distribution, and cooking before consumption by the final consumers, determines critical control points for focused management, and secures food safety through autonomous, systematic, and efficient management. It is recognized worldwide as the most effective and efficient food safety management system, and the United States, Japan, the European Union, and international organizations (Codex, WHO, FAO) are actively recommending the application of HACCP to the safety management of all foods.
